The Challenge
A local house builder was struggling to keep white diesel secure on site. They needed a safe, practical solution that would not only protect fuel but also make distribution across the site easier for machinery and plant.
The Solution
ModCon designed and manufactured a bespoke Secure Storage Distribution POD, known as DOSS (Diesel Onsite Secure Storage). The unit featured a 1500-litre static diesel tank and a 500-litre trailer for transporting fuel directly to site machinery. The trailer could be stored within the POD overnight for added security. Additional features included cage door protection, spill kits, AdBlue holders, a fire extinguisher, and a hand pump nozzle.
Results
The DOSS system provided a robust and efficient way to store and distribute diesel on site. It improved security, reduced the need to move heavy machinery, and streamlined daily operations. This offered the client a secure, practical, and highly effective fuel management solution.
