Specification for Modular Welfare Pods
Each utility site pod is built as a 3m x 2.4m (10ft x 8ft) anti-vandal welfare unit containing a 1000-litre water bowser with securely locking doors, a 4-person smoking shelter with bench, a secure storage vault of approximately 1.2m x 1.2m x 2.4m and a 3-person boot wash with removable flow forge flooring.
Components include a 240V pump, IP-rated electrics, a tube heater and isolation/non-return valves for safe daily use.
